Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including the jewelry box and any certificates
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom engraved rings — personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued via your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. If you need a different ring size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests for custom engraved items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
