What materials are used in GLAMORAMA Jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials including 92.5 sterling silver, 18k gold PVD over premium stainless steel (not pawnable), and select gemstones. We create pieces that are visually stunning, durable, and long-lasting.
How do I care for my GLAMORAMA jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, gently clean it with a soft cloth or use a GLAMORAMA Jewelry Foaming Cleaner. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Orders and Payments
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and GCash through our payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at glamoramajewelry@gmail.com. Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You will be refunded for any unavailable items, and your order may be modified accordingly.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We start preparing your item(s) as soon as you place your order. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Can my order be delivered on the weekend?

How can I track my order?

Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?

Will I be charged customs fees?
